Links of Interest

Okay, so I have been a little behind on posting lately. Scratch that! Very behind. I am knee deep in PhD related stuff, ministry efforts and finalizing a paper to be presented at ISCA. After this wave of responsibilities has passed, I will be posting more frequently. In the meantime, enjoy this extended edition of links of interest.

1. Ricky Gervais posted a Easter Message from the perspective of atheism. When I have time, I plan to write a response. Until then, read for yourself.

2. David Platt’s new book, Radical Together, is now available. Check it out!

3. Because it is resurrection weekend, take a look at two valuable resources discussing the resurrection. The Resurrection of Jesus by Michael Licona and The Resurrection of the Son of God by N.T. Wright.

4. The Resurgence has an excellent but brief background study explaining where the Easter Egg tradition originated.

5. Mars Hill is providing a moving video about the death of Jesus to be used by churches in their Good Friday meetings.

6. Here is Doug Moo’s article (a PDF) regarding, Justification in Galatians.

7. The 2011 Advance the Church meeting is coming soon!

8. Get all FIVE volumes of Spurgeon’s Sermons for just $29.99 (reg. $200.00).

9. Free E-book from Monergism!

10. Do check out Crossway’s new rewards program. It is actually quite good!

enjoy…
